Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You may request a return/refund within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused and in their original condition with intact packaging (including tags and accessories).
- Restocking Fee: If the returned product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error), a restocking fee will be charged based on the product’s condition.
- Non-Returnable Items/Services: Shipping fees, return labels, restocking fees, extended warranties, product procurement, payment processing, return extensions, gift cards, and downloadable products.
Return Process
- Submit Request: Fill out the order details and return reason on our return page.
- Return Review: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product and notify you within 3-5 business days whether the refund is approved.
- Return Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and provide proof of delivery. BabyAmy cannot guarantee processing for returns without tracking confirmation.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
Refund Rules
- Partial Refunds: For products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error), deductions will be made based on the current retail price.
- Non-refunded services (e.g., shipping fees, restocking fees, customs duties, extended warranties) will be deducted from the refund.
- If deductions exceed the refund amount, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued if the package arrives at customs and the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or VAT, resulting in non-delivery, or if the package arrives but the recipient is unavailable due to extended travel, leading to non-delivery.
- Discounted/Free Items: Orders containing discounted or free items must be returned in full (including discounted/free items), or no refund will be issued.
- Gift Returns: If the product is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued upon return.
- If not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
- Refund Delays: If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. If it’s still missing, contact our online service team.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled before shipping or assignment of a tracking number.
- Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Fees: For cancellations due to buyer reasons, a 4.4% PayPal/credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are non-refunded.
- Customs Duties/Fees: Duties or fees for cross-border returns (e.g., shipments from outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.
