  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Once the return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status within 3–5 business days.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only, unless otherwise stated.

4. Deductions & Adjustments
  • If an item is returned in a condition different from its original state, a reasonable restocking or handling fee may apply.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Any applicable deductions will never exceed the original purchase amount.

5. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
  • If an order is returned to us due to customs clearance issues, refusal of delivery, or recipient unavailability, an eligible refund may be issued after deducting applicable shipping, handling, and return costs.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item has been successfully returned to our facility.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
