The product is easy to hold and handle. The exfoliating results are great! My esthetician said my skin was so soft after using. I needed a lot of pressure to keep the device on my forehead, but that was the only area that I had to concentrate that much on. Would totally recommend.

Excellent customer service! When I was shipped a used unit by mistake, Nuvederm sent me a replacement and some extra goodies free of charge for my trouble. Sadly, the replacement is a little glitchy, in that the on-off button is sporadic and I have to press it several times. I didn't have the heart to complain again, so I'm living with it.I use this machine once per week on average and I've seen a noticeable difference in the size of my pores on my T-zone. It's done a lot to keep my acne prone chin, nose, and forehead smooth and clean. My skin is baby soft the next morning and makeup looks so well blended after this type of exfoliation. Despite my unit's unique glitch, I'm really glad I bought it! It's an excellent investment!I would highly recommend this at-home machine for anyone with scarring, enlarged pores, or other issues with their skin texture.

This was my first time trying an at home Microdermabrasion Machine and I'm so happy I did! This little thing is awesome! Easy to follow instructions and the timer mode is super convenient. The company is also great- the package included a coupon for a free serum which I received 2 days after ordering. I'm loving my results so far!
