Supplier was very professional and sent videos of the product before shipping. Even asked me important questions like voltage, etc. As far as the product, the only issue I have with is- by no means am I degrading this product. I think because this product is popular in other countries that the BMI results are different. So if you are ordering it to the US, just know the readings will be a lot different. I have been getting some interesting results with my women clients. Just a small inconvience. Other than that, if you are starting out your nutrition clinic and need something to help treat your clients, I would start out with this. I recommend.
