This thing has been working for me, I do see a difference in my toes.1) doing it 21 minutes for each toe infected, 2x a day, usually everyday (and the others when I have time).2) taking 3 oregano pills every morning and night3) painting my nails morning and night with oregano oil4) eating very little or no sweet (including fruit) or starch.5) wearing sandals, or spraying the inside of my shoes with vinegar and changing socks everyday.It's been 2 months and I see a lot of difference but it's not quite finished because Christmas dinners were in between.I have to say I am wondering about why the thing is not wide enough to do multiple toes??

Had fungus on 3 toes for years, tried all advertised the topicals [worthless] tea tree oil [some help but seemed lose effectiveness after a few months] and ozonated olive oil [same as tea tree oil].Been using this thing EVERY day for 2-3 7 min cycles and nails are mostly grown out. Big one still deformed but not spongy, have hope that it will improve more yet.Most effective of anything I've used over the past 10+ years.Battery life is great-have gone at least 12 cycles between recharges and hasn't run out of juice yet. I intend to keep using it for at least another 3-6 months daily.

This device, to my surprise, actually works! You have to remember that toenails grow slowly so you have to give your nails time to grow out before you can truly tell it's working.My toenails are especially slow growing, but after 2 solid months of using it at least once daily (along with an anti-fungal toenail tincture and anti-fungal foot spray twice a day and tea tree oil twice a week), I am seeing a tiny sliver of beautiful, pink, healthy nail growth peeking out.I've tried all sorts of things to get my nails to be healthy again, and this was the missing piece of the puzzle. I cannot wait to see the end results!

I purchased this about 4 months ago and have used it daily since then. All toes (6) have less than half the fungus they did when I started. Please note however: 1. Your toenails grow out very slowly, so you will need to use this daily without fail for several months to get completely clear nails 2. It helps to also spray on a fungicide like 1% tolnaftate daily to help the laser do its job 3. You should also file and trim toenails at least every other week. This helps to not block the laser as much and make it more effective, and also to make it easier for the fungicide to get to the active fungusThe device works very well, keeps a charge, is easy to keep clean, and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone who has toenail fungus problems.
