I have carpal tunnel and there are days where even the brace doesn't help. After using this acupuncture pen for almost 2 months, I no longer take pain pills for it. Not only that but I'm noticing I don't wear my brace as much either. The point is a soft round ball shape but is very accurate when it comes to getting the exact spot you're looking to shock. I thought it was going to be a painful shock but it really isn't that bad. I'm noticing that I get better circulation and don't get as much numbness in my hand and fingers anymore. I did watch the video and read the instructions carefully before using. I have even used this on my shoulder, lower back and ankles and again, am noticing an improvement without having to take medication.
