Very well packaged, the communication with thr seller is good. I was honestly scared that I wouldn't receive it, because I never bought something so expensive, but it was uneventful. they delivered in less than a month. and I could track the package all the way here. Bella was very gentle. and explained me everything I asked, sent me videos and made sure the machine was on the way. I tested the handles and they work. the machine is sturdy, a little heavy, but can be carried. I hope I will see results soon. There's no manual book.
