This device was marketed via various platforms as a cordless unit, when in fact it's not actually cordless.
I find that the device will only work for a minute or two before it needs to stop and be recharged again, which means you have to wait for it.
It also doesn't appear to store any battery life, so plugging it in overnight to use in the morning or the next day doesn't seem to have any advantage in speeding up the process.
DEFINITELY SHOULD BE SOLD WITH PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR!!! Sadly, it's not, so you'll have to buy your own.
The flash from the device is very strong, so protective eyewear is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Note that when getting professional hair removal IPL treatments, you will have your eyes covered completely before they even switch on the machine, so this should be no different.
Instructions are written on a very small pamphlet in very small text, so I imagine some people would struggle to read it.
There's also definitely not enough emphasis on device use and safety in the instructions. This needs to be addressed in an updated instruction pamphlet that's easy for everyone to read.
The device is easy enough to use, but the cord could definitely be longer seeing as you can't operated it without the cord.
It's almost completely painless unless used on the highest setting on your private parts, but even then it's just a quick heated sensation, which goes away relatively quickly.
Highly recommend moisturising all areas treated with coconut oil or paw paw ointment to keep them moisturised afterwards.
As for results; it's too early to tell, however I am seeing early signs of the treatment working - similar to salon results from when I last used a professional service. I'm fairly confident I'll see the results I desire with regular use.
Overall it's a great device, but some improvements should be highly considered by the developers, with a string emphasis on SAFETY.
