My boyfriend bought me one for my birthday. Didn't even know handsets like this existed. Such a good surprise. Have used mine maybe 6 or 7 times and its made a massive difference. Still got a few weeks to go so but so far so good!

I'm very happy with this little device. It has definitely slowed hair growth only after using it twice. The hair is also more thin. I didn't find it painful at all, not itchy or irritated either. The only thing I was a little concerned about was the strength of the light affecting my eyes so I always wore sunglasses and never looked directly at the machine during the flash. Overall, for me it's been a worthwhile investment.
