I got this within a few days of placing the order, and it came with everything it needs to work.While it's easy to use, I actually have something pretty similar to it already, so I should have chosen a different model, like the kind without suction.

only used once suction seems sufficient , but i think if you want to reduce blackheads on nose you should buy the small nozzle

I've used this a couple times so far. Seems too work well so far. Good suction. I think I'm going to order the smaller diamond head for smaller areas.

This really works. My wife tried it on me and I was amazed how well it performed after one treatment. I'm waiting for the second.
