So far, I have had this for a little over a month and have seen an improvement in the dark spots from acne on my forehead. This product is tiny and easy to store or take with you, and seems to work well, but i imagine results will be more noticeable with time. A little hard to maneuver around nose however, but still good.

My mother bought this for me for Christmas and I can honestly say that I love it! My skin is very soft, it is easy to use and seems very durable. My only complaint is that the two tips that came with mine are identical. I read on here that one should be for the abrasion and the other for massaging. Mine are both the rough ones for abrasion.

Have only been using it a couple of weeks...Very easy to use, love the timer and the screen that shows what needs to happen next. The unit appears to hold a charge for a long time. So far, I'm very happy with this!

There was a problem with my initial NEWDERMO Microderm that I purchased from Triton. It came looking like it was a return. I emailed Triton and immediately heard back from Mila who took care of the situation.
It turned out that it was a problem with Alisa fulfillment, not Triton.
I received a new NEWDERMO Microderm within 2 days and a complementary accessory pack for the mix up.
Mila was amazing at communicating with me. The customer service was outstanding.
