So far, so good! It does everything it says it would do, is very compact, easy to use and the suction is very powerful. I used it for the first time last last on the 2 setting and it was enough to give me a couple of red marks on my face which should go away in a day or two. I'm not worried about the mark as I have had micro before in the salon and this happened, (I will follow the instructions I little more closely next time and be sure not to go over an area more than once)! I am very impressed with this machine, it certainly delivers a salon quality treatment without the expense and inconvenience of multiple salon visits. Bottom line us, my skin is ridiculously soft and has that lovely 'NEWDERMO Microdermw' that I thought I could only get from a professional treatment. I will reserve my full review until I have had the machine a little longer however; in the past I have bought expensive items that initially worked well and then had to be sent back for repairs a month or two later when they stopped working for no good reason. I know I shouldn't judge this product by those standards but it does seem to happen a lot whenever I, and many of my friends, buy electrical items online.

I was sceptical... but it's the real deal! I can already see a difference in my skin's appearance! Great suction and super east to use.

So far, I have to give this microderm system a 5 stay because it does exactly as it should. Once I have gotten to use it more frequently I will update this review and add pics. I got this because I wanted to lessen some wrinkles and remove some scars on my face. I also was looking to minimize my pores. After the 1st use my face was very smooth. Looking forward to this product and not paying $$$$$$$ at the esthetician's office.

I really love this product. It takes some getting used to- especially with the suction but I have used it 3 times and see a difference.

It is lovely & easy to useLove the diamond head & suction this microdermabrasion tool provides. I’ve noticed great improvement in my skin clarity. Have been using several weeks now along with the NeedCrystals in my face wash, which I love!!!
