Nice unit! I have chronic back pain problem. I tried several other waist straps but this belt relieved back pain the best so far. Other belts don't have ability to inflate which keeps the back support more firm and decompress the pressure in the lower back; this belt does the job well. I recommend to spend a little more money to get this belt and then waste time on cheaper brands.

In the past few years, my left hip has suffered from severe sciatica. I go to the masseuse twice a week to relieve the pressure, although it costs a lot of money. When searching Amazon, see if it brings any relief, if any. have a try! When I used my belt, I stood up straight for the first time. It didn't hurt so much when I walked. Then I ran across the living room and up the stairs. My wife began to cry. She hasn't seen me like this in five years. I wear this belt every day for a week. My advice to you is to buy another spare belt. I will never be without this God.

Back pain happens more frequently as the spine degenrates over the years. This belt does eliminate a lot of pain. It must be worn for a period of days (6-7 hours/day for at least a week) before one sees the strong results this provides. It helps avoid the traction beds some have had to use and if it works, as it does for me, you will not need the traction beds like Teeter. I recommend this device.

As recommended in other comments I bought one size larger than what I normally would. I typically wear a Medium and I ordered a large. This is super cute and fits quite well. The pants are extremely padded!

This item was Immediately releasing pain in my lower back. Released pain shooting down right knee through calf. Highly recommend!
