I needed something that can provide support everywhere and this fitted perfectly. The elastic on the belt helps to adjust to different waist sizes. This is very light so on the go you can carry or put them on you. At home, I put this on when I tend to sit for long time watching TV. This would be a great add on in your gym when you are lifting weights. I also use it during running workouts to provide the support and not 'lean' in forward. Overall I have been using this for a month now and recommend using at home, office and workout sessions.

Once I start pumping the decompression pump I feel a flood of healing energy to my spine. I wear it 30min a day; twice per day.

I left in on for about 2 hrs gave some serious back relief. It does what its says. When I work 10 hr shift and I feel pain in my lower back this lifted some of the weight weighing on my spine and gave it a lot of relief.
