I normally dont write reviews but this belt immediately took my pain away and its comfortable too. Highly recommended.

Sometimes some air is release when you unplug the pump, also there is a limit valve, Personally I would like to be able to put more pressure, I understand maybe is some safety issue, but it would be better if max pressure would be higher, I like the product but next time I would look something with a manual max pressure setting

This manual pump is perfect for my back belt.
There is some arm work required to pump this, which my cause issues for someone with, for example, thoracic outlet syndrome, like myself.
However, I found it worth the portability.
Using this pump and the belt a few hours, in the evening, allowed me to get the relief I needed to function so that i could stand all day and work only wearing a velcro belt.
I saw it on tv, had hope, and have to say it surpassed my expectations.

I have an inversion table, but when I try to use it I get completely lightheaded and nauseated. I couldn't even use it for 30 seconds. I tried stretching and even made someone try to pull both of my feet while I lay on the floor. Nothing was working. A friend of mind told me about the decompression belt and how it really worked for her, so I thought I would try it. Well thank goodness I did. The belt came today and after only 30 minutes of wearing it I felt relief. While wearing the belt I felt the stretch, but after I removed I felt like I was actually standing straighter and like I had just had a chiropractor work on my back! The tension I had been feeling and the pain was no longer there. I would not have believed it until I actually used it. I plan to continue to use this and will update with my progress!

I have major back issues and my doctor recommended this belt to me. It works very well for day to day activities. I use it for work and to travel. It does work well that I do not get cramps while I am working or flying. The air pressure does very well. Now only problem that I have it does snag your close if you are a little larger. You must add the extra part that snags your clothing. I had to replace a few tanks tops because of this. Other then that it is very good.
