I have no problem with my printer it was on time and copy and prints great it was packaged very well, I would gladly buy again from this company, the printer has a good build quality I am very happy with my purchase.

I never received the package from the parcel here in Mexico but how good it was reimbursed my money

I did not receive it but a refund was made, but I know from colleagues who have it, which is very useful.

The machine arrived in excellent condition. It works perfect. I suggest you put in the box one or two paper thermal copier for testing. I had to order the paper after the machine arrived for ben able to test it
