I purchased this product to maintain my hair health. I am use to laser and red light therapy so, this looked like a great addition to my health routine. It is easy to use and customer service reached out to me after I registered its warranty. They are easy to communicate with. I have been using it for a little less than a month and already see changes in my hair. It is glossey and I have not changed anything else in my routine. My husband is also using it for hair loss. It too early to tell if he will see results but is easy to use so, he is using it.
