Ive been using daily for just over a week. It has been a huge contribution to detoxing. The Pros are that it can hold 1.25L liquid if filled to the brim. It empties pretty quick, which is convenient for me. The pressure seems strong enough to prevent nasty back flow while pumping. The Cons are that the tubing has a roller which pinches the tube to stop the flow. It is tricky to use until you get the hang of it and find its best alignment on the tubing. Not something to figure out during insertion. It is the only thing stopping the device from filling you with air after pumping you like a water balloon. Could be improved by having a one way valve on the tubing and a lever control to stop flow. Overall good quality
