Hard to say since we just got It and havent really used yet. Ask again in 12 weeks. So far after one session, we like everything about it.

I have to admit that I was very sceptical and scared to try an at home hair removal machine but am so glad that I made this investment. The instructions were clear and straightforward. After the first couple of times, I felt comfortable and confident enough not to worry so much and continue using it. After the first week of using it on my face, I noticed the hair wasn't growing back like it did before and as of now going on my third week, the hair hasn't grown back like it has before and I am loving the results! It does take time and can't wait to see what the final results look like. Definitely wish I would of gotten this sooner!

Just got it monday. I found it easy to operate and directions easy to understand. Only used it on the 2nd setting to start out. I have a high pain tolerance so that was nothing, just heat. Ill bump it up to 4 next week. Time will tell if I give it 5 stars or not

Great product. My package didnt bring the two extra heads sr and ac. Could that be fixed?

I have Fitzpatrick skin type 3. I am an "ideal" candidate for laser hair removal. This IPL remover, while much less expensive than others for sale, works just as well. I have 9 weeks into treatment and hair is growing much less quickly, and it patchy in many places (underarms, bikini) where some hair has stopped growing entirely. The only drawback to this IPL device (and my reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is because you have to wait 3-5 seconds between pulses, making it take quite a while to do large areas. On the pro side, it definitely works if you stay on schedule, is easy to use, is inexpensive, and has replacement bulbs available.
