I was skeptical but this little machine works! After 2 months of doing it every week, most of my hair is gone! I did get some kind of allergic rash on one leg, but it went away (read some research that women with Spanish descent can react to it). The only negative thing is that this device uses the same button to increase and decrease levels as to release the light. So, it happened a few times that I accidentally went up/down levels without noticing. They should be separate buttons. Besides that... the price, machine and customer service is awesome! I also recommend you do this during the winter months as they dont recommend you get sun before or after treating your skin.

Ive used other at home lasers and this one is very similar...but much better price. Easy to start and adjust levels. Used several times and looking forward to continue use.
