It stops working after only 5 weeks.

Update: they promptly replaced the defective item with a new one which works incredibly better. So far happy for the product.

I don't normally write any reviews but this is an amazing purchase! I've been using it for 5 weeks now and it's a huge difference. I normally used to shave daily ,sometimes even twice a day as I have very thick black hair all over my body. But this is the good part with this laser. The thicker the hair is,the better results you have. Since I've been using this, I've lost almost all my hair on my arms and armpits so I hope that by the time I finish my 12th session it will all be gone. On my legs I shave now every 5-6 days as its growing very slow and I've completely lost the hair in some areas.It is quite time consuming though. One session (3 rounds) takes me about 5 h to complete but the results are definitely worth it. Don't hesitate to buy it!

Have seen some improvement. Will need to use longer for better results. The directions aren't very helpful.
