Worked great for my mother-in-law. She had strained a muscle or tendon in her lower back/waist that was irritating the nerve that runs down the back of the leg and was causing numbness in her foot. The lamp, together with some coconut oil dissipated the knot and provided relief. YouTube physical therapy exercises also helped. She is walking great and without pain. This is a quality product. Solid and effective.
