*UPDATE*** saw no slowing or lessening in facial hair growth! So sad. It did work on my body hair though

Just got done my first treatment. No results just yet but I'm hopeful! I am fair with dark blonde to black body hair. The instructions were fairly easy to understand, easy to use the device too. The feeling even on level 4 was not painful at all- like a very dull rubber band snap sorta feeling w/ the sensation of heat. Not bad at all! When using on the face, I recommend using a mirror to see when the lights are green so you aren't looking directly at the device, especially at a hard to see angle like on the face! You can also hold your hand out & see the color the light is glowing as an alternative. Device seems well designed & made sturdily. I also like that I can purchase other attachments for this unit, like light therapy lamp heads. Overall pretty pleased! Fingers crossed this works on my hair!

I just got the Deess hair removal beauty kit and it has the acne reduction and skin rejuvenation lamp in it, i plan to use all the lamps in time. I used it only once, but i see results right away, shaved my lower legs 2 days ago, did the treatment and i dont see hair in that area as i usually do. It wasnt painful at all, i started with the 5 level immediately. It has one button but its easy to use if u understand the function of it, it doesnt work on the skin if its not safe to use. Im really happy with the price. It took me months to decide if i should get it, and i can say it was a good decision.

Updated review: customer service contacted me to help me figure out why I wasn't getting excellent results, and after a few emails back and forth we got it fixed. They went above and beyond and really back up their product because they stand by it.

I haven't yet had this for 90 days, so I have not contacted customer service yet. But the armpit hairs are still growing, so not sure if it's really working. I'll contact customer service soon if I notice the forest through the trees again, wink wink.

I always wanna clear up my bikini area, This is my first time using this kind of product and it is very interesting. First, I use it on my leg ,then my hands, Its pretty easy to use , I feel like it clearly reduce the time of my hair growing. Thats a good start, looking forward to seeing the change.
