Shenzhen Haomeidi Technology Co., Ltd. (Guarantor) will remove any malfunction of the device free of charge, provided that the device is delivered to the Authorized Service Center with the original proof of purchase. The default warranty for all new products purchased on our site is 12 months. The products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty could be extended for a total of 5 years. We are authorized to provide a manufacturer warranty for new BabyAmy products bought from third party sites. The repair will be performed as soon as possible, not exceeding twenty-eight working days. The repair may be extended if the main mechanisms are replaced by the time they are brought from the manufacturer. The warranty period is extended by the time the device is at the Authorized Service Center.

The warranty may not apply if:
- proof of purchase or serial number of the device is inconsistent or unreadable.
- breach of seals or interference by an unauthorized service is found.
- the defect arises as a result of:
* non-compliance with the conditions of use or activities included in the normal operating service.
* no protection against limescale in the water.
* no use of additional filters when the water contains limescale.
* slow settling of limescale and sediment that can impair performance.
* failures in the municipal network when sludge and sand can damage the device.
* use contrary to intended purpose.
* weight greater than 120 kg.
* external causes such as mechanical damage, cracks, abrasion, thermal, chemical, contamination, flooding, shocks, radiation, improper consumables or power sources.
* device malfunction or defect in another component.

If warranty is not applicable for any of the mentioned reasons or warranty expiration, After Warranty Service is provided if the device is delivered to an Authorized Service Center. The guarantor is not responsible for losses resulting from improper operation or data loss. Warranty does not cover the cost of delivery to an Authorized Service Center. Consumables include batteries, seals, filters, and light sources.

Shenzhen Haomeidi Technology Co., Ltd. (Guarantor) will remove any malfunction of the device for a repair service fee if possible. Repair might be possible only if the device is delivered to the Authorized Service Center. We are authorized to provide an after warranty repair for BabyAmy products bought directly or from third party sites. The cost of repair is the sum of replacement parts cost, labor cost and additional service used (pick up-service from the customer's address). The cost of repair, excluding additional service, will not exceed the current retail recommended price. The repair will be performed as soon as possible, not exceeding twenty-eight working days. The repair may be extended if main mechanisms are replaced by the manufacturer. The Repair Service does not cover delivery to an Authorized Service Center.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. Breach of any Terms will result in immediate termination of Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted. We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion. New features or services will also be subject to Terms of Service.
