Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from BabyAmy come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, defined as usage in accordance with the product’s instructions and intended purpose.

Exclusions
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Accessories and consumable parts (e.g., batteries, chargers, cables, pads, gels)
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, abuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters)
- Superficial wear and tear (e.g., scratches or dents) that does not affect normal function

Warranty Service
If a product fails within the warranty period under normal use, BabyAmy will provide one of the following solutions at its discretion:
- Repairing the defective product
- Sending replacement parts to you
- Replacing with a new or equivalent product
- Issuing a refund, depending on the situation
Customers may be required to return the defective product for inspection. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and BabyAmy will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement item.
