Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from BabyAmy are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, defined as use in accordance
with the product’s instructions and intended purpose.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accessories and consumable parts (such as batteries, chargers, cables, pads, or gels)
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs
- Damage caused by force majeure events (including natural disasters)
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect product functionality
Warranty Service
If a product develops a defect within the warranty period under normal use, BabyAmy will, based on an
assessment of the issue, offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the defective product
- Provision of replacement parts
- Replacement with a new or equivalent product
- A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, where applicable
In some cases, the defective product may need to be returned for inspection.
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the specific situation and destination.
If a repair or replacement is approved, BabyAmy will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement item.

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
