It didn't work for me but I got great customer service response. I would try other of their products in the future. This time maybe my skin has some special condition that doesn't react to the treatment. I appreciate that I didn't lose the money after trying the product.

I bought a few days ago and havent get a chance to try it. Finally tried yesterday and it brought me a lot surprise. I Use it no pain at all. It make me feel like massage on your body. The skin becomes very smooth.

I was told not to use it on tattooed skin.Thank god I see the notice and after double checking with the seller, I avoid my tattoos.

I have light white skin and had dark facial hair above and below lip. Im sure there are other women out there too embarrassed to admit they have unsightly facial hair. And we have lived with it our whole lives. It has affected my self esteem as I take pride in how I look. I would have to shave 1-2 times a day and pull hairs almost every day. Exhausting! And embarrassing. I bought this DEESS hair removal thing and have had it for 10 days. The directions say to use it once a week for 12 weeks. I used it everyday for 3 days (5 passes on each site level 4) and I CANNOT believe how soft my face is (above and below lip, and chin). Seriously, the best purchase Ive ever made because it directly correlates with increasing my self esteem. Its only been 10 days and I can already skip shaving and plucking in the morning. After about 2 days, I have to shave but no more black course hairs to pull! Imagine how its going to be in 12 weeks? Ladies, if you have the same issue as me - you wont regret it. Wish I had a before and after picture of the dark course hairs imbedded in my skin above my lip. Ugh. Gross! Its gone!!!
