very very good quality. i was surprised when i received this box which is very fency. the quality of the product is very good too! there is even a pair of subglasses. it takes a few times to work out. i would use some aloe lotion after using this which helps me smooth my skin!

This hair removal works but it takes a long time to get results (thats why I gave it 4 starts). I bought it in march of this year and to this day (its the end of November now) I am still using it. Ive never had too much hair on my legs, so now I can see just a few hairs here and there. But the arm pits and bikini area still have a long way to go though Ive seen some reduction on my hair growth.
Also at first I was doing both of my lower legs, both of my arm pits, bikini area and my belly line. So it took me about an hour to do the hair removal process with this device, because after 1 flash it takes 3 seconds to be ready for the next flash. And you need to treat each area 3 or 4 times per session. So it takes ages if you are treating different areas at the same time. Now it takes me 15 to 20 minutos to work the arm pits and bikini area.

About one month after I started using the device, I was in the middle of my session and the device suddenly turned off and stopped working. I could not turn it on again immediately. So I wait a little bit and then started working again, werid! This happened a couple of times again, but at the beginning of this month (november) the device didnt work not matter what. I recorded a little video of my device not working and sent it to customer service. Well, they are wonderful, very caring and promptly to respond and make you happy. They replied to my email the same day I sent my video. They said they have a 1% rate of defective devices and they apologized for it. They sent me a new device the same week, I was skeptical at first, but I really got a new device and so far its working, hopefully it will work longer than the last one.

Another thing, my skin is white and my hair is brown.
