It was used three times after buying it. It really has effect. In the past summer, it was shaved with a shaving knife. Sometimes it would scratch the skin if it was accidentally, and the hair growth rate was faster. It would be scraped once in about five days. This time, before using this machine, the hair was scraped off with a scraper. When it was used twice, the hair did not grow. After using it twice, it grew a little longer. I used it twice for 3 days. The growth rate is indeed It's slower than before. After expecting it, it will become thinner and softer.

I am not a fur ball so to speak but I do have thick underarm and pubic hair and a few ones here and there on my face and neck.
I am middle eastern and with olive skin color and I have looked and read a lot about home ipl hair removers that are friendly to a broad spectrum of skin color (not hair color though so if you want to buy this one, do check which hair color this works best on.)

This is a great does-the-job-well product. I was pretty scared before I used it for the first time but that fear vanished after I hit the button. I started at 2 on all areas I wanted to cover (underarms, face, neck, pubic area but not where the sensitive parts are). Believe it or not, from the first use, hair growth slowed down and there were empty patches of skin when hair did start to grow! The little hairs on my face have gone really weak and thinner than they used to be. I am happy.

Now, I am upto 4 and it zaps a bit but I dont mind. My skin is safe and I see results.

I feel happy that I spent money on this product, and I love this product because it brings me a good result. The whole package is very thoughtful. Even though I only got this hair removal for a week but I can wait to give 5 stars.

This is a great at-home hair removal laser. Especially for the price of this device compared to what I was paying a professional!! The results are the same with the DEESS compared to professional, if not better - my hair is much finer, much lighter in color, and grows much slower! Only downside is that you have to press the button each time for a flash, so it does take some time and patience to apply yourself, but I believe the only way to get a more automatic device would be to pay a higher price tag! I highly recommend this device.

Fantastic product! First treatment I did I noticed an immediate difference because the hair just did not grow back. However first treatment came out blotchy and eventually the hair grew back but lighter and definitely not as fast. More I use it the longer the hair stays away. Only thing I would change would be the button settings...very easy to accidentally change the intensity while activating lighting
