A couple years back, I noticed that I would shave my legs and find that I had noticeable stubble in 24 hours. I assumed that the razors I had were crappy so I invested in a nicer razor but still I found that I had to shave every day to keep my legs smooth. Waxing was painful and expensive when I did it at the salon so I got a kit to wax myself at home but I never really got great results (and it still hurt!). I tried nair but that doesn't really work on my leg hair. Then I found out about IPL devices. I poured through reviews of different devices and found that this was affordable and seemed to work for most people so I thought I would give it a shot. I am sooo glad I tried it!I have been using it once a week on level 4 on my legs (from the knee down) for 6 weeks. It generally takes a while (40 min or so) but I can watch T.V. while I do it. My legs feel and look smooth for more than a week and a half after shaving. It looks like I may have missed a few spots (sometimes you have to hold the devices at an awkward angle to reach the hair) but most of the hair isn't growing. Even if I never get *all* of the hair to stop growing, I am really happy with these results. It's very liberating to not worry about having shaved recently!

I love this hair removal system! You just have to be consistent and you will see results. I just wish the flashes come out quicker but its okay

So far im on week. Working good. Easy to use. Already see results. Hair is growing much slower. Some has already stopped.

Will update as I use this machine so others will know if this does cause reduction in hair loss over time. For reference, I am pale with dark hair, so I'm the perfect demographic for this item. I also have rosacea so at some point I will be using this as an IPL laser machine on my face to treat my redness.

First test: Package came with 3 different lens and a small pair of foldable sunglasses. Test ran the machine on my legs, the flashing was very bright and gave me a headache even with the glasses.

First week: Did my legs. The light was an issue so I just covered the light from view by covering whatever part I am lasering with a thick blanket so I do not see the flashes. I do hear the "snap" so I know the machine is working. Watched a movie, doing my legs took 1.5 hrs and I did three passes.

Second week: Did legs and armpits at three passes. Have noticed less hair with shaving, I shaved twice in the past week and it didn't grow back as stubbly as before. Having soft legs is something I hope lasts! Did notice discoloration on the lens around the edges and might be reaching out to the manufacturer, seems early for the lens to need replacement. No clue why this would be but could possibly be a defect. Took 1.5 hrs.
