I am so happy with my purchase! I received this item item on 08/07/2020 and it arrived on 23/07/2020 - in just 15 days! It arrived with a courier straight to my door. I paid for a specific company to deliver it but that company was unable to do so. But the seller was helpful and sorted this out and had it delivered ASAP with a different company. I have used this item and tested all the gears. Level 5 is a bit uncomfortable and a bit sore whereas level 1 is completely painless. I have lasered my entire body already and lasered my male friend's back. I shaved my friend's back (and did a poor job), and after the session the longer (poorly shaved) hairs fell our naturally. The device thus does have an effect.
