I ordered the night before and it arrived the next morning. It's easy to assemble even thought there was no instruction sheet. Would appreciate more if there was one. |

We have an alternative clinic in Asia that uses this product with many patients. I am a Western healthcare provider. I've decided to buy one for myself here in the USA. It works for me the way it's supposed to. |

Appeared slightly used. Overall, it's performing as expected. |

Just received this lamp today. It was easy to assemble, but the wrench to secure the casters was useless. I ended up using a needle-nosed pliers instead. It is sturdy and seems well made. I treated my wrist with it and it felt wonderful. I had received a cortisone injection, and 40 minutes under the lamp made me more comfortable. Can't wait to try it on my lower back. I'm desperate for some relief there. We'll see. Yhe directions indicated it needed 15 minutes to warm up, but it began to feel quite warm shortly after I turned it on, and it cools off quickly once you turn it off. I'm happy with this purchase so far, and I'm hopeful that it will give me relief from my arthritis. |

This lamp does exactly what it supposed to do. It is the same one my Acupuncturist uses. I use it for my freezing feet, they are freezing even on a 90 degree day on hot tar. I use this for 15 minutes once a week and it does wonders. I thought the base looked small in the picture, but it is very sturdy and heavy. It took me about 5-10 minutes to put it together. |
