		 After three weeks the unit stopped working. Thinking that maybe it was the bulb a new bulb was installed and the unit still did not work. Now the warranty expired ( yes only three weeks) everyone should be concerned with this product and the cost of failure!After Shila became involved with my issue the company took action and took care of my concern and it was a pleasure to deal with her and the company. They made me a loyal customer and provided me with the service that is only provided by companies that care about their customers and their products. I certainly will purchase their products in the future.  |

		 There is no timer on this item. Overall, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a table red light.  |

		 Customer Service is absolutely wonderful! They reached out to me regarding the design, and said they'd inform their engineers. I agreed to re-write my review of this lamp and they issued a refund.Difficult to get this positioned properly unless you have a table directly above your bed or couch; it's not easy to use. There's no timer and you have to guess how long to use it for. Will probably be returning this for a hand-held infrared pain therapy device.  |
