I love this lamp it has been enormously helpful for arthritis pain in back , neck, hand, shoulder.

I have been using red light therapy about once a week at the gym. It feels great, relaxing and refreshing.Having this portable one allows meto use it more often. I feel so much better. It seems like a mood enhancer. I can honestly say my mood is better everytime i use red light therapy. This lamp is very easy to install. Keep about 12 inches or more away from the lamp because it gets pretty hot.

Good pain relief, easy to use on multiple parts of body.

My 95 year old grandma has bed sore. In addition to periodically turn her to different positions, the doctor recommended us to get one of these infrared red light to help her increase blood circulation. After 2 weeks of use, we can see her bed sores are almost gone. However, this lamp tends to get very hot after prolong use. Better be careful and keep it away from kids.
