Works awesome! I got almost instantaneous relief from my low back pain! I have 2 herniated disc One at L4 S1 and L4 L5. It very easy to use. Wrap around your easiest with Velcro then attach the pump and start pumping up. It even comes with a Velcro waist extender if needed.

While it may not be a miracle solution to my back problems it IS very helpful and much appreciated. The product is of good quality and well made and the price was just right for my budget. The reviews were helpful. I am very pleased with this product. I have had lower back problems off and on for much of my adult life. This belt relieves my pain the moment I put it on and for several hours after wearing it. That is a big deal to me. I use it most every day, usually in the evening. I find it works best right next to the skin and the correct position is just resting on the hip bones as per the instructions. It is comfortable to wear, not bulky and does not impede activities. I recommend it highly.
