I sit on my job all day and have a bad pain in my lower back. I did relocate the product several times, wearing it for two to three hours and a few days. Since then The constant pain is gone! I was stunned! The only difference I've made is to dress it as full as possible! I don't have injuries and diseases and I'm just a normal person, so I can't try to help an injured person, but it obviously helps the lower back feel better, all my fat is in the front abdomen, it's suitable for the extension that matches it.

It has an extender depending on your size if you need it. You can pump it up a lot or a little depending on the pressure you need.

I have used this back support belt for almost a month and I have to say it is really a good product! It is very easy to use, just wear it like a belt around your waist and then blow up it with the pump which it comes with. Once it is full with air, the belt will strongly support the lower back and reduce the paint. When you don't need it , just simply let the air out of it. The belt will shrink and become soft and small. Very good product! It does help release my lower back paint when I wear it!

I have degenerative disc disease. I've been using inversion therapy for many years and it works well. Now I travel a lot, I can't bring the inversion equipment. I've been looking for another way to relieve stress and pain. This belt is a good choice to relieve the pain. The back muscles do need to be adjusted to re stretch, so they will start to ache like a reverse. After a few days of use, I can put on the belt for a few hours if I want. I stand straighter, I sit straighter, I can walk a longer distance without pain, and I don't need a shopping cart to support it. Good.

This product has really been great for relieving my lower back pain in the short time I've used it. Hopefully it will also cure my bulging disc problem with continue use without needing to have surgery. It is also a well made product and I found I can easily wear it while working-out or exercising and it is fairly comfortable for my 34inch waist but not sure for larger waists? The only issue is that sitting with it on can be uncomfortable unless you remove some air but then its not decompressing my back. Heck try it out and return if it doesn't work for you. For me it really helped!
