Works well and easy to use. Resolution is fairly low but it’s also cheaper than alternatives - matches the price.

The meter looks very well made. Still needs a little practice but basically it works. And the measurement types are very numerous.

The order came, packed well. I'm still testing for work. There are no instructions for Russian, you have to figure it out yourself.
