The reason I bought this was because I had a microdermabrasion at a salon and I loved it. It really did even out my skin tone, plus made it smooth and new. But $150 a pop is too much money for me to pay for a treatment. I knew I had to have the treatment again, it was so good, so I researched the brands of home microdermabrasion and bought this one.I tried it yesterday, and I swear it is as good as the salon. It is a little harder to do on yourself, but with practice I know I will be great. Works just like the diamond tipped wand from the salon. |

I bought this machine to help reduce the appearance of dark melasma patches on my face. I use it twice a week on the highest setting because my face likes that best. What a big difference it makes! I see a lightening of the dark patches after every use, my skin feels amazingly soft, and the fine lines on my forehead are reducing. Yes, it is pricey. I fully expected to return it after the first couple of uses. But I'll never part with my machine now - it's like a spa treatment right at home, whenever I want, and I never have to leave a tip! I use a Vit C serum right after, and a Korean face cream with mandelic acid. I also do periodic VI peels - every few months. This regimen has greatly improved my melasma just as I was losing hope. |

So far it works well. My skin feels super soft. I’m starting to get wrinkles:/ and this seem to lessen the look of them with makeup. Without makeup, I can’t even tell. My moisturizer and makeup seem to set better. I don’t think it’s as strong as the spa, but it’s perfect for at home use. |

The machine took 10 seconds to set up. I had to leave it for three hours to charge and it was ready to go. I love the automatic regime - the display clearly shows what to do and times you so you do this exactly right. The machine is small and looks modern. Be careful to start with level one, which is exactly what the instruction says. But who reads instructions, right. So it on two initially and did have a small red spot on my face for a couple of days because the suction was too much for me and I have sensitive skin. Once I switched to 1, I had no problem. Remember to start on a lower setting until your skin becomes used to the treatment.I use it on the auto setting, so I don't have to worry about doing too much or too little. display, The display shows you what areas you should be doing, the direction of the strokes and for how long.Once you’re completely finished your skin may be a bit red and feel sensitive, but apply moisturizer or your favorite face cream and there is no discomfort whatsoever. I love this machine. |

It really improved the texture of my skin in terms of pore visibility, and past acne scars. I have a couple that are indented and it didn't get rid of those yet, but the superficial ones are pretty much gone. Don't use it on any active popped acne or wounds unless you like injuring your skin though, haha. The only sad thing for me is that I lost the charging cord during a move, and I can't find anywhere online that sells a replacement cord without buying a whole new device.Additionally, it does require to be charged much more frequently than I thought it would. I have to charge it before every use, because even if I leave it at full charge after finishing up a use, the battery somehow depletes during the time period that it's off. Mildly irritating, but whatever.Tldr; great device, battery life meh, wish i could get a replacement cord. |
