My daughter got this for me for Christmas, it is wonderful. It's easy to use and my skin feels and looks amazing. I'm not going to say I have unbelievable results, I don't use it regularly like you're suppose to, but my skin feels sooooo good!! I've had a very serious and life threatening illness this past year so I don't expect to look great like I used to look but I know this helps and I don't care if no one else sees any changes in my face, I see it. I am 57 and I am very lucky that my mother and grandmother passed down great skin, I have very few wrinkles but what I do have is the sagging jowls and due to my immune system I don't believe I will be able to have a face lift. I don't know if this will help my sagging jowls but I love the way my skin feels and how it seems to "plump" it up so I am going to keep using it for my pleasure and if it raises these sagging jowls up a little I am going to be really really happy. For the price you just can't go wrong with this Microdermabrasion system and I believe it is one of the top rated Microdermabrasion systems on the market. My daughter knows how vain I am and this is just the thing to pamper myself without having to go to a doctor's office and being exposed to germs that could actually do great harm to my health. If you're on the fence, just get it, you're going to love it. Also I just feel better after I use it, I feel like I'm doing something to improve myself and after the year I have had these little things just make me happy. |

So, after having a salon microdermabrasion done several times (almost $500 ago) decided to purchase this particular one for several reasons. First, the suction at max setting is comparable to most salon machines, based on a review of several different home machines. Second, it uses diamond rather than crystal heads, and finally, who wants to pay in the excess of hundred bucks for every treatment....my experience is that even at the maximum setting, the NEWDERMO Microderm system is much more gentle than salon treatment....in terms on how it felt during the procedure. Also, my skin was substantially more red after the salon treatment. However, next day, I couldn’t tell much difference between the two treatments....which is good. The skin was smooth and radiant and noticed neck wrinkles and crow feet are less visible. For the reference, I’m 48yrs old...skin looks younger....no doubt. It’s possible that the salon treatment is more powerful and as such having a greater impact and therefore needs to be repeated within weeks or months, whereas NEWDERMO Microderm is more gentle but can be and maybe should be done 1-2 per week....I have the feeling that the final result is more less the same, and at much better price. The device works well, it’s easy to set it up and use it in either auto or manual mode. It comes with two identical diamond heads, a bunch of filers (20 or 30 pcs) and a very short instructional booklet. Eventually the heads, the filters and an O ring will have to purchased, as those are consumables. I do think the manufacturer could have added more technical information on suction strength for each of the settings, about how the whole the thing works and what does it do....yes, we can find all that online. Anyhow, the booklet and device screen offer good enough guidance on how to use it on a specific area of the skin. For now I give it 4 star since I only used it once since I received it last week and want to see how long it lasts....there is 1yr manufacturing warranty so I guess I’m giving it a 5th star for that. |

I've been thinking about getting a professional Microdermabrasion done for quite some time, but due to COVID-19-19 I have not been able to so I read the reviews on NEWDERMO Microderm and I purchased it and I am amazed. I saw a tremendous difference after the 1st application. The only request that I think the company needs to address is how to change the filter. The instructional video states the filter needs to be changed after every application, but it doesn't tell you how. After a few days of thinking I need to unscrew the top somehow my husband discovered that all you need to do to change the filter is to pull it off. Otherwise, this is an excellent product. |

I purchased this less than a year ago and never took it out of the box until today. Following the instructions it was plugged in for 3 hours. The unit never charged and no indicator ever appeared to show it was charging. This was a complete waste of $200!10/12/18 Update to previous review- I was contacted shortly after publishing my previous review and within days received a replacement. Tried it out right away with no issues and was happy with my results. I tried this in ‘auto’ mode and the setting was at 3. Next time I’ll try manual and use a lower setting. Didn’t have any bruising but the neck area was red. By morning all redness was gone and my face feels great! I’ve had microdermabrasion done in a salon and feel this is very comparable and a lot less expensive! |

This device is amazing. I’ve been suffering with acne for 50 years. Peels, microdermabrasion and other very expensive treatments and products to keep my skin clear and minimize scars are my life :(. I got this as a Christmas present to myself and used it last night. My skin is NEWDERMO Microdermwing! I never imagined a home device would give me results like this. My skin is pretty tough typical oily skin with large pores (no wrinkles tho) but scars. The first go around, bumps are gone, skin looks polished, pores smaller. I can use the higher settings because I have had so many treatments in the past but if you have delicate skin just be careful. This is salon quality. Use at night and with a good vitamin C moisturizer for aftercare. :* |
