I went for professional sessions multiple times, and I enjoyed the results. Then I started researching at home ones after reading online about the option being available. Somehow I kept coming to this on Alisa after reading so who’s reviews. I’ve used it twice and really enjoy it. It makes my skin so even toned and can run errands without wearing makeup!

This is, surprisingly to me, an effective, easy to use, portable microdermabrasion tiny machine. The developers have made a really good substitute for a professional microdermabrasion machine.

Some history: I’ve been doing microdermabrasion (with professionals and using my own machine) for over 20 years. I’m in the medical field but not a dermatologist - just very interested in skin care.

You know how you go in and out of “phases” of things? Well, so do I - including self care regimens like microderm. My husband asked me to start treating his face; not very giving of me but I’m currently in a little bit of an off phase with microderm and didn’t want to set up my machine etc etc. But I did want to help him. Had my eye on this for awhile - it was created by a derm group - ordered it and tried it on myself. With my skin condition, I immediately went to level 3 (3 levels of intensity on this device). I was impressed. My husband likes it too.

One significant point on using any microdermabrasion machine: KEEP MOVING THE UNIT ACROSS YOUR SKIN. If you stay in one place (unless you’re on a very low setting), you *will* abrade (damage) your skin in a way that results in mild scabbing. You can always make another pass if you don’t think the area was treated well. If you’ve never had a professional microderm treatment, recommend finding a YouTube video demonstrating one so you can see how the process works.

The 4 stars is for only 3 levels (although I can envision them creating a unit with “pro” in the name that includes more intensive levels).

I've had this for over a year and I am still in love with it as the day I got it. I've used it about 6 times. I should probably use it more, but you know... mom life.

It takes less than 10 minutes to do. I wash my face, cover it for a few minutes with a hot towel to help open my pores and then go to town! I use the highest setting and work medium type speed. If you go too slow you will leave bruising on your face ?. I wipe my face with astringent after, and man does that burn! Finally I moisturize.

My face could be red for a good 6-10 hours. Depending on how many passes I do over an area (no more than 3). I try to do it in the beginning of the week and avoid make up for a few days.

Some zits will come to the surface after about 48 hours. I just do my normal washing routine. By the end of the week my face is baby smooth and pimple free. For me it stays clean for about a whole month before mother nature ruins it and as long as I keep up with washing my face everyday.

First use for 3 of us in our family and we all love it. I can totally see this little machine giving me big results! Charged quickly, instructions aren’t the greatest, but it was pretty easy to figure out. Powerful suction... the automatic mode makes it easy to use!

Wow, this really works well. Not only is my skin smooth, but it also removed annoying light facial hair which is an added bonus. I am hoping that this will help me with adult acne with extended use, as previous professional microderm treatments have. I have been battling rosacea, as well, and with only two uses appeared to immediately help the situation and even out my skin tone. I’m not sure if this is just a coincidence, but I will take it. I am hoping I will be able to rely on this as my skin care rather than constant creams, acne medications, and visits to the dermatologist.
