Ive been using it weekly for 4 weeks and can tell a big difference. The only flaw is that the part that plus into the device is sensitive and unplugs. Almost like the connection is loose. So sometimes when im using it, it unplugs and you have to replug it and redo your settings which is inconvenient. |

Its worked on my face, still doing treatments on other areas. I started treatments on my face first, in particular the upper lip and chin and corner frown lines. I got pretty aggressive with it and used it two to three times a week and within a few weeks there was no more hair growth. There is no evidence of any problems long term and even immediately after treatments there was no redness or burning or anything! I started my arm pits a little bit after I started my face treatments and they seem to be more stubborn. Im still working on them. Same with the bikini line. I will update as I see results. I paid a huge amount of money to do laser treatments on my upper lip at a clinic and it didnt work so Im thrilled this actually worked for only a fraction of the price and without the hassle of making appointments driving to a clinic. There is no pain at all unless I do the same spot over and over and over (which is not recommended but Im impatient) and even then the pain is gone as quickly as it came. I accidentally did a zap on the edge of my tattoo and that hurt for a few seconds, but its not meant for those areas so I would expect it to hurt. My only complaints is that i wish the flash button was different than the level change button and that it didnt take so long between flashes. If I dont have the flash window pressed tightly on the skin and I dont press the button just right, it just changes levels instead of flashing. It took me a couple of weeks to efficiently go through a full session without changing the power level accidentally. Even now it happens from time to time, but Im getting the hang of it better. Also, its time consuming because you have to wait between flashes. You cant just zap zap zap and be done. The machine wont let you. Its a lengthy process for larger areas like the side of face, arm pits, bikini line. I dont have the time or patience to do my legs. Its also lengthy because the hair needs to be freshly shaven so that means showering and shaving beforehand (I say freshly because my hair grows back so quick). Overall, I say its worth the money simply for the fact that it got rid of my embarrassing facial hair that Ive had to regularly remove since adolescence. Hopefully it works on the areas that Im still treating. |
