everything is working well, comes in a box with bubble wrap on the inside. it even has an additional plug to help me plug into my country's socket easily. the colour of lights emitted confirms it's purpose of helping with Anti aging as opposed to bluish or purplish lights that helps with acne. highly recommended seller, highly recommended product.
