The product is as in the photo. Works well for positioning a cat or a small dog. However I do not recommend placing the animal directly on the mattress, because the material, although impermeable, tears easy and if the cat stick the nail it was already. For those who do not want to spend on such a mattress, the idea is simple: just buy those bags to store vacuum bedding and put filler. It works best with Stomach polka dots. It will be the same and it will be cheaper.
