Great product, it takes a long time to heat up but it works perfectly and is very sturdy.

I purchased this product by the end of 2017, and I am still using it in 2020! It really has great quality and serves me as it is designed. I recently got a stiff neck and shoulder on my right side. I could barely move off my bed as I was in great pain. With one hour of using this lamp, although I was still in pain, I could at least move a bit. By continuously using this lamp, I got better day by day. This definitely worths the money. I am super glad I made the purchase.
