Helps my damaged rotator cuff. Eased the pain and the deep heat is helping it heal by bringing in nutrients to the affected tendons (in my case). Some reviewers said they don't like the ticking sound of the timer, but I like it. I like hearing it as I rest under the lamp for 40 minutes. I find it soothing and usually fall asleep.The lamp is well made and I'm really glad I brought it!

Works as expected providing deep penetrating heat to increase circulation and decrease inflammation in cold sore joints and muscles. I have had these last 10 years or one year. The replaceable head is a nice upgrade. I think TDP lamps are all made in the same factory despite who slaps their label on it. You can pay more but why?
