Good product

I got this lamp about a year ago. I used this last year and this year hadn't use it for a while. When I use this a few days ago, I heard something and today I saw it was something actually burning in the head. OMG, it is on fire! See the pictures I took.I updates this review because this company really take responsibility for their product. They help me fixed the problem.

The lamp is great, but one wheel arrived broken so it won’t roll around.

Well I got my lamp does everything it's supposed to do.The only issue I have is that when I tighten the knob for the head it will loosen up and fall off.Any ideas to fix the issue.Do the dimples on the head go all the way in and do it snap on.I would give it a 5 if I can fix the head.But I love the lamp for my knee
