This sauna is so great!!!! First, the delivery came on time, was very impressed with the quality. I get in it most every day, and it exceeds every expectation I had.. GREAT purchase!! You won't be sorry!!

I am a great fan of sauna. I usually use the steam room and sauna at the local gym, and have always wished I could have my own sauna at home. Considering most home saunas cost several thousand dollars, this was a $100 option to try for my dream. Considering the cost, this product is great. It's hot enough to make you sweat, which is the entire idea. I am a 6 foot guy and this fits me quite well. Easy to set up and use anywhere you have electricity. This won't be totally the same experience as a full size steam room or sauna, but it will make you sweat a loooot.

I have a lot of body pain, and less than 10 minutes in, could feel it just diminishing away! I did put a towel down, sweat a lot in just 30 minutes, but it felt so good!! If you have fibro, autoimmune, arthritis, just body pain in general I highly recommend. My only complaints are the zippers, would be nice to use velcro for the top 3rd maybe, I had trouble closing it all the way. And my feet got uncomfortably hot when the top blanket made direct contact, I started rolling up a beach towel to put just below my feel to keep the blanket from touching them. Overall glad I bought it!

I just got mine and put it up. And it works really good! I was really shocked when the time was up, after sauna saw a puddle of dirty water that I had sweat off my body. I was shocked, I would have given it five stars Honestly, I didn't expect much from a device that was just over a $100, but it works great. I was worried that It would be small since I'm 6'2", but it turns out there is no problem.

I wanted to try the infrared sauna after researching the benefits of far infrared for inflammation. The instructions were well written and easy to follow - we got to use the sauna the day it arrived! The controls are easy to use and we enjoy using it several times a week. We enjoy being able to lying down inside it. After having the sauna about a month, we can feel the improvements clearly. It is so nice to have this in the comfort of our own home, where we can use it whenever we choose - which is usually a few times a week.
