I had to get use to how to adjust the heat. Man this thing is amazing. I had buy plastic liners to catch the sweat. I've used it 5 times so far in 3 weeks.

I read a lot of reviews for these sauna blankets and got mixed reviews on all of them. My thought was that the material would be really thin and flimsy, but the material is thick (like a winter jacket) and the zipper is sturdy and it heats up within minutes. I am used to hot yoga and going to the wet saunas at the gym. I have used the last 3 days and have stayed in it for 45-60 minutes each time and I leave the blanket totally wet from sweat. So glad I got it now while we are on quarentine in our homes.

Please use a towel around your feet and booty because it heats up. Lol But it is a good product. I feel good about my purchase. Since, I can not use the sauna at my apartment clubhouse because of Covid-19.

This sauna is AWESOME!!!! I bought this after much hesitation and a lot of convincing from my wife and I am sooo glad women are smarter then men! After one 15min session it feels like all the joints in my body have been oiled up. I feel limber and just better all around. All II can say is it looks cheap but it works great!

I was not sure how effective infra red would be in breaking a sweat. After using for a few weeks now, I find it to be very effective. Plenty of heat come from this blanket. Way to use was very easy, I have a bad elbow and since I have been using this sauna it has been feeling better. Overall to this point, very pleased.
