Much better than the other style I bought with a clamp. I am buying another one for my mom! and my daughter has been using mine for back pain. I highly recommend this unit! It works and feels nice.

Product is said near infrared but it help like real infrared, I used for my fingers that been more than 10 month had pain on each joint of my fingers. when ICombined this infrared with medications i notice after 2 week my pain is slowly release.Price are affordable, and good product.I sugested to use dark sunglasses when used this product. Much better then floor model! Although still gets hot on metal , of course...would be nice if some sort of handle was attached for easier re positioning of lamp light section, as needed, when on.
