I bought this Infrared Light Red Light Therapy Lamp because I have a lot of tension in my upper back and neck muscles. And my acupuncturist recommended to buy something like this for relaxation.It really helps with muscle tension relief and relaxes your body, I'm always falling asleep in 10 minutes.I`d say it`s not as effective as 1 hour massage, but if you aren't able to get one - this lamp can come in handy.I`ll definitely gonna research more info about methods of use and will definitely continue using it (for now I have been using it only with my neck and back muscle aches).
